Morris Villa (completed 2007) is a luxury 4
bedroom, 3 bathroom home located in the prestigious
gated lakeside community of Calabay Parc at Tower
Lake.Easy to get
where you want
Our villa is only 20 minutes from Disney and
within easy reach of the other theme parks. Several
golf courses, shopping and dining places are only
minutes away. We are located just off SR27,
south of I4, giving easy access to the theme parks
without using toll roads or the busy US192.
Comfort & Convenience
This new, air-conditioned villa has 2 bedrooms
with en suite bathrooms, king size beds and direct
access to the pool. The other 2 bedrooms each have 2
twin beds. All bedrooms have ceiling fans and
TVs. The TVs in the master bedrooms also have
DVD players.
Self-catering made easy
The villa has a large fully fitted kitchen
including a large refrigerator/freezer with ice
dispenser, full-sized cooker, dishwasher, microwave
oven and other appliances. The dining area (in
the front bay adjoining the kitchen) seats 8
comfortably.
Space to relax
The family room includes a queen size 3 seat
sleeper/sofa, a large TV with DVD player (and DVDs)
and looks out over the patio and pool area.
The decking around the pool/spa has been extended to
allow the ample comfortable pool furniture to be
arranged on all sides (in sun or shade according to the
guest's choice)
Some like it hot
There is (optional) gas heating for the
pool/spa. This also allows the spa to be used
as a hot tub. Guests who elect not to pay for gas
pool heating may still take advantage of our
recently installed solar heating (free), although in
this case, the temperature cannot be guaranteed and
the spa will be the same temperature as the pool.
There is both patio and pool lighting for evening
use of the pool and deck area.
Fun away from the theme
parks
The garage has been professionally converted to
a games room with cooling fans, cushion flooring and
additional lighting for the 7ft pool table, air
hockey table, Nintendo WII console (with games),
electronic dartboard and box of toys and games for
our younger guests.
Provision for the little
ones
One cot and high chair are provided as standard
(free) and further children's requirements can
usually be met, if requested (chargeable).
Security
The property is fitted with a fire/intruder
security alarm, small safe and the pool/spa area has
a child safety fence.
Keeping in touch with home
Free local and long-distance phone calls within
the USA are included. Phone cards for use with
our phone for international calls may be purchased
in local stores. Secure wireless high speed internet
access is available throughout for you to use your
laptop should you choose to bring one.
What's near by?
Other amenities within easy reach of our villa
include the fishing pier within the villa complex,
numerous golf courses (nearest 2 minutes away).
The first shops in the new prestige development of
Posner Park (5 minutes away) are due to open later
in 2008. Many other shops and restaurants are
available within a short drive of our villa.
